Angelus was the most ruthless vampire in recorded history and in the early 1900's was cursed to have a soul as revenge for killing a gypsy. Now going by the name Angel, he moves to Los Angeles in order to help the helpless by becoming a supernatural private investigator in an attempt to find his redemption for all the evil he did in his past.
